  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Hassan Traders is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
